Liverpool will finish their pre-season programme with a match against La Liga side Sevilla at Anfield on Sunday August 11, kick-off 3pm.
It will be Arne Slot’s first game at Anfield, and the Reds’ fourth pre-season fixture in preparation for the 2024-25 season, which begins with a trip to newly promoted Ipswich Town on Saturday August 17.
The clubs have met twice in the Champions League in recent years, both ending in draws, and previously contested the Europa League final in 2016.
The Anfield match will follow the three pre-season games in the United States, with the first one against Real Betis at Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh on Friday July 26, kick-off 7.30pm EST.
During the Reds’ return to the USA for the first time since 2019, the club and its official charity LFC Foundation will be involved in a number of grassroots and charitable events.
Slot’s men will also face Premier League rivals Arsenal and Manchester United.
The Arsenal game takes place on July 31 at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia and will be followed by an encounter with United at Williams-Brice Stadium in Columbia, South Carolina on August 3.
